We are excited to announce that our new and improved Guardians One digital banking experience is live! Enhancements have been made to both online banking and mobile banking. Plus, we have also added Zelle to our digital suite.
If your phone is enabled for automatic updates, the new mobile banking app will appear without further action. However, if automatic updates are not enabled, you will need to delete the old app and download the new Guardians One Mobile Banking for iPhone or Guardians One Mobile Banking for Android.
For first-time logins to Guardians One Online Banking, please follow the tutorial below.
| 1. | Enter your current username in the User Id field. | | 2. | Enter the last six digits of the primary account holder's SSN in the Password field. | | 3. | Click the green LOG IN Button. |
| 1. | Accept the Terms and Conditions by clicking on the box to the left of the acknowledgment. | | 2. | Click the green CONTINUE button. |
| 1. | Enter the last six digits of the primary account holder's SSN in the Current Password field. | | 2. | Create a new password in the New Password field. | | 3. | Confirm your new password in the Confirm New Password field. | | 4. | Click the green SAVE button. |
| 1. | Select questions and corresponding answers under the five security questions section. | | 2. | Click the green SAVE button. |
| 1. | Select the mobile phone number for your identity verification. | | 2. | Give this number a nickname in the Phone Nickname field. | | 3. | Select to either receive a text message or phone call to this number. | | 4. | Click the green SAVE button. |
| 1. | Enter the four digit code received by text message or phone call in the Verification Code field. | | 2. | Click the green VERIFY button. |
